Utilizing double and triple moves for creating space with defenders.
July 29 - August 2: Footwork
Footwork - This session will focus on the importance of footwork. Players will learn how to use a variety of moves off of the triple threat position ranging from jab steps, reverse pivots, and step back jumpshots.
August 5 - August 9: 3 on 3 Concepts
3 on 3 concepts - This session will provide players a chance to work on their individual skills while working within a team of 3. In the 5 on 5 game, players can go almost the whole game without touching the ball. In 3 on 3, you could touch the ball EVERY possession. When the player gets more experience handling the ball during game situations, the player is going to improve much more than the players who hardly touch the ball in 5 on 5. It doesn’t matter if you are the point guard or the star post player, you’re still going to get more touches in 3 on 3. Confidence is key in the game of basketball, increase your confidence this summer by joining our 3 on 3 clinic
